Services

Pointer Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout the Greater Sacramento area, including Placer County and Sacramento County. Our services include but are not limited to:

• General pest control (ants, spiders, cockroaches, earwigs, silverfish, and other common household pests)
• Rodent control and exclusion
• Wasp and hornet nest removal
• Bed bug treatment
• Commercial pest management programs

All services are performed by trained and licensed pest control technicians. Service details, scope, and scheduling are agreed upon prior to service delivery.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the size of the property, type of service, and frequency of treatment. Initial service pricing and ongoing service plan pricing are provided upfront during the quoting process. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in a service agreement.

• Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.
• Service agreements are typically based on a 12-month commitment for ongoing pest management plans.
• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to avoid a service charge.

The Pointer Promise Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Under the Pointer Promise Warranty:

• If pests return between your regularly scheduled services, we will return to re-treat your home or business at no additional cost.
• The warranty applies to pests covered under your active service plan.
• Warranty re-treatments must be requested during the term of your active service agreement.
• The warranty does not cover infestations caused by structural deficiencies, new construction, or conditions outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective pest control, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and pest concerns.
• Grant reasonable access to the property for service delivery.
• Follow any preparation instructions provided before treatment.
• Notify us promptly if pest activity returns between scheduled services.

Limitation of Liability

Pointer Pest Control makes every effort to provide effective pest management. However, due to the nature of pest control, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of all pests in all circumstances. Our liability is limited to re-treatment under the Pointer Promise Warranty or, at our discretion, a refund of the most recent service charge.

Pointer Pest Control shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pest infestations that existed prior to the start of our service.

By submitting your contact information through our website or by phone, you consent to receive communications from Pointer Pest Control, including:

• Phone calls and text messages regarding your service inquiry or appointment.
• Appointment reminders and service follow-up messages.
• Seasonal pest prevention tips and promotional offers (you may opt out at any time).
